The lounge is situated in the Main Terminal. After passport control, go past Alpha Duty Free retail outlet and keep left. The

Servisair lounge is at the end of the corridor.

  • What is Landside?: Landside lounges are situated before Passport Control and can be used by those not travelling.
  • What is Airside?: Airside lounges situated after Passport Control & can only be used by those in possession of a valid boarding card.

  • Earliest Arrival: Monday-Sunday: 05.00 hours
  • Check in time: You can check into the lounge up to 3 hours before your flight departure
  • Arrival before booked time: You will be allowed to enter unless the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked time.
  • Lounge Closing Time: Monday-Sunday: 19.00 hours
  • Dress Code: All Lounges have a smart casual dress code and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.
  • Is smoking permitted in the site?: Yes in designated areas.
  • Are Children/Infants permitted?: Yes, over 12 years of age only.
  • Can luggage be left in site?: For security reasons,all luggage must be taken with customer should they wish to leave lounge even if they plan to return.
  • Flight Announcements: All lounges have flight information screens. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight. Lounge staff may also announce customer’s flights but this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Facilities: Television, Newspapers, Magazines.
  • Food and Beverage Arrangements: Complimentary snacks (biscuits/crisps), coffee, tea, soft & alcoholic drinks available in lounge. Champagne is available at extra charge.

  • Facilities for Disabled/Wheelchair: This lounge is accessible for disabled/wheelchairs. There is no disabled toilet - nearest located in main terminal.
