  The Alexandra Suite Airport Lounge in London Gatwick’s busy North Terminal offers the discerning business or leisure passenger an oasis of relaxed tranquillity, away from the hustle and bustle of the UK’s second busiest airport.

Through passport control to departure area and turn left and follow signs to the lounge on the left to the upper level.

Whether travelling from Gatwick on business or leisure, there is simply no better way to get your trip off to a flying start than to spoil yourself in an airport lounge.

  
 

Directions to Lounge:

The lounge is situated in the North Terminal. After Passport Control, go through to the departure lounge. Turn left and follow

signs for the lounge on the left to the upper level.

  • What is Landside?: Landside lounges are situated before Passport Control and can be used by those not travelling.
  • What is Airside?: Airside lounges situated after Passport Control & can only be used by those in possession of a valid boarding card.
  • Earliest Arrival: Monday-Sunday: 06.00 hours
  • Check in time: You can check into the lounge up to 3 hours before your flight departure
  • Arrival before booked time: You will be allowed to enter unless the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked time.
  • Lounge Closing Time: Monday-Sunday: 21.00 hours
  • Dress Code: All Lounges have a smart casual dress code and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.
  • Is smoking permitted in the site?: No
  • Are Children/Infants permitted?: Yes. Infants up to 2 years are free of charge, do not enter these onto the booking.
  • Can luggage be left in site?: For security reasons,all luggage must be taken with customer should they wish to leave lounge even if they plan to return
  • Flight Announcements: All lounges have flight information screens. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight. Lounge staff may also announce customer’s flights but this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Facilities: Television, Newspapers, Magazines, Toilet and shower facilties.
  • Food and Beverage Arrangements: Complimentary snacks (biscuits/crisps), coffee, tea,soft & alcoholic drinks available in lounge. Champagne not available.

  • Facilities for Disabled/Wheelchair: This lounge is not suitable as access is via stairs only, no lift/escaltor.
