Directions to site: Go through Passport Control, the KLM Lounge is located before Gate 34 in the International Pier.
Earliest Arrival: 07.00 hours Monday-Sunday
Arrival before Booked time: You will be allowed to enter unless the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked time.
Lounge Closing Time: 18.00 hours Monday-Sunday
Dress Code: All Lounges have a smart casual dress code and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.
Is smoking permitted in the site?: No.
Are Children/Infants permitted?: Not under the age of 12 years.
Can luggage be left in site?: For security reasons,all luggage must be taken with customer should they wish to leave lounge even if they plan to return
Flight Announcements: All lounges have flight info. screens. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.
